Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Dollface is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
