Returns & Hygiene Policy

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once it has been worn, used, or removed from its sealed packaging. This helps ensure the safety and hygiene of all products sold.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and material before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Eligible Returns

We may accept a return if the item:

  • Is unworn and unused

  • Is in original, unopened packaging

  • Is in resalable condition

  • Is reported to us within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Consumer Rights

Our policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
