For hygiene reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned if it has been worn or opened.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and material before purchasing.

We recommend wearing our jewellery only in fully healed piercings, unless installed by a professional piercer.
